    Software request

An unusual post, but i'm sick of searching google for programs since it never turns up any results.

Maybe it's just me, but is google too big for it's own shoes now and just plain sucks now?

Anyway, i'm after 2 programs for 2 seperate purposes and i was just wondering if anyone has heard of a program that can do what i ask.

    1) I need a program that can take a screen full of files and dump their file names and extentions into a text pad (so i can keep records of files downloaded).

    2) I need a timer type program that will prompt me to take a break from the pc every 45 mins to save my eyes.

    Hope anyone can help

So what I understood, you want a type of alarm program that you may set up? Am I right?

If so, here is an alarm program called: AlarmWiz

Learn how to use it here

    Thanks a million guys!

Directory Printer worked exactly (thanks egg!) how i wanted it to work, and i found a (free) & advanced Timer over at www.download.com (thanks to lankan's link), the program is called Time Left and now i can be reminded to take a 15 min break from the monitor every hour like we are all suppose too, lol.
