no. Your IP is (damn it's hard to think when I've been drinking) assigned by your ISP. As such they have control of it. The only ways that You can affect it is by using a router with DHCP enabled, or if your worried about other websites getting the IP, try an anonymous proxy.

If all you want to do is change from a static to dynamic address, or change from one static to another static (laptop connected at home and then at work for instance), you can do that with the netsh command. Type into a Google search "change ip address netsh" and that should give you lots of examples.

The anonymous proxy thing sounds good, give me more details about it.

BTW, how is it when you drink and play a car game? :P

Doesn't matter what IP you use, it's still routed through your ISP and backtraceable.

proxies are good to use and you can use programs that change the proxy every minute.

so one minute your in japan and next minute your in canada or belgium hehe

you can use a program called "jap" to surf annonymous

JAP makes it possible to surf the internet anonymously and unobservably. Due to recent events, we would like to be sure to point out, that the JAP software is in development and therefore does not yet offer maximum protection. (see below ... )
Without Anonymization, every computer in the internet communicates using a traceable Address. That means:
    • the website visited,
    • the internet service provider (ISP),
    • and any eavesdropper on the internet connection
can determine which websites the user of a specific computer visits. Even the information which the user calls up can be intercepted and seen if encryption is not used. Info: Leaving a data trail online...
JAP uses a single static address which is shared by many JAP users. That way neither the visited website, nor an eavesdropper can determine which user visited which website. How it works

Instead of connecting directly to a webserver, users take a detour, connecting with encryption through several intermediaries, so-called mixes.
