I like 7-Zip. It's a little different from Winzip/WinRAR- but it's just a matter of getting used to new software.

The following are popular on Softpedia:

    1. ZipGenius 6.0.2.1060
    2. TUGZip 3.4.0.0
    3. ExtractNow 3.56

    And here's the complete list.

I only use RAR inside WinRAR for the following reasons:
    • High compression levels (RAR)
    • Recovery record (RAR)
    • Archive lock (RAR)
    • Profile management (WinRAR)
    • Lightweight program (WinRAR)

7-zip is very good and has excellent compression, I currently use IZArc as it supports most archive formats very well.
