I like 7-Zip. It's a little different from Winzip/WinRAR- but it's just a matter of getting used to new software.
The following are popular on Softpedia:
1. ZipGenius 22.214.171.1240
2. TUGZip 126.96.36.199
3. ExtractNow 3.56
And here's the complete list.

I only use RAR inside WinRAR for the following reasons:
- High compression levels (RAR)
- Recovery record (RAR)
- Archive lock (RAR)
- Profile management (WinRAR)
- Lightweight program (WinRAR)

7-zip is very good and has excellent compression, I currently use IZArc as it supports most archive formats very well.
