How often do you see this bsod?

Does it always happen when you're performing a particular task?

It's probably a driver problem or may be even your anti-virus, have you installed any new hardware recently or anti-virus software? Is this a new Windows install?

I've seen it happen thrice in the last two days. Before this it was just random rebooting.

Not that I know of. I've just noticed that Sygate and Firefox have begun crashing more frequently (too many times for me to keep count).

It's an old Windows install but I had another RAM module installed about a month ago (that's when all the troubles began actually).

This is what the event logs of the random reboots look like:

Pull that stick of RAM, run the machine and see what happens.

    Doesn't help. I've run chkdsk about a 15 times in 5 days

BB suggested that I run memtest to see if it's a problem with the RAM module. I'll do that and try rik's suggestion on Sunday.
