Question corel wordperfect trial install error

I have had the program before, but a when I had to remove it, it took some system files with it. Now I am trying to install it again and the installation wizard tells me that it was interrupted and can't finish. Anyone's help will be greatly apperciated.

A required Windows system file, regsvr32.exe, may be missing. This file is located in one of the following locations:
    Windows 98: C:\Windows\System
    Windows NT and 2000: C:\WinNT\System32
    Windows XP: C:\Windows\System32

If you cannot locate this file, contact Microsoft for assistance with restoring this file onto the system. Once the file has been restored, you can then install the trial version of the software.
