Install and run Startup Manager 1.5. It will provide an easy way to stop programs from loading at startup. LINK

@phishead: Removed it via msconfig. Still nothing
@efc: 'Fax' or anything similar doesn't show up in the startup list.
You may need to remove windows installer-related registry settings to get rid of it. Dont forget to back up your registry before making any changes.

Wait. Do you have HP printer? If yes, then try using your HP printer CD when it asks for fax disk and see if that solves problem.

I think after I ran the automatic registry cleaner tool in RegCleaner.When did it start?
I just tried the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility that Kane talked about and removed the 'Fax' entry. I'll let you know if it helped.
