    What program will turn a photo into a comic?

    Preferably a software program that will do it in as few steps as possible & is easy to understand.

    Thought there are some software that create caractatures, I haven't found a free one that is versital enough to get any benefit from.

    There are many morphing programs that could be helpful.

    This might be a better solution. I did this using the warping effect in Photo Impact 7. Hopefully, you can still tell that it started out as Angelina Joele.
