Maybe can someone help me ?

Maybe can someone help me ?

Let see if I can explain this correctly, I have a silver and black mouse that has the "GE" (General Electric) logo on it.

The mouse has Two (2) Normal Buttons and a Button next to where my thumb is, and one of the opposite side. There is also a Wheel that can be used as a button.

It is a PS/2 mouse (not a USB coverted to PS/2).

The Tag on the bottom of the mouse says: Optical Mouse WK4903 Made in China.

No matter how I search, I cannot seem to be able to locate the drivers for this mouse. I use it in my work, and am very used to it.

I had a system crash, and lost the driver.

Is it possible someone might be able to find the correct driver for me?

Do you have the box it came in? We might need the exact model number. Google doesn't give too many results for this string: "GE+Optical Mouse WK4903".

Here's the DriverGuide.com link to all the GE mouse drivers in their database.

Hi Denyse,I found that the WK4903 is the same as the GE scroll 98800 which is listed in Rohitk89 's link. Here is the exact page, but you will need to sign up free to the driverguide site.http://members.driverguide.com/drive...riverid=389631

Thank you so much. I have an account there, but not knowing that the 98800 was the same it did not help.

Thanks for the err kissie my dear.Have you tried the 98802(for optical).I may have made a mistake because the 98800 is a scroll and your's is an optical.Try,it can't hurt.BTW what functions are not working with the native XP drivers?http://www.jascoproducts.com/cgi-loc...html?E+scstore

Okay, to understand which driver you need, we have to first know the exact specifications of your mouse. I suggest you download PC Wizard and see the model number and other info about your mouse. Then you can search with that info in Google or post it here and we will help you out
