Question Active Sync problem with T mobil WIZA 200 Pocket PC

Hello every one I have an issue with a T-mobile pocket PC. Model of this handheld is WIZA 200. The error I am receiving is "Local Area Connection has not connectivity" I have ran out of ideals on how to fix this issue. Here is what I have done so far.
    1. Reinstalled software.
    2. Applied permissions to the software for the user
    3. Applied permissions to the registry keys to allow full control
    4. Hooked the pocket PC to another computer and set it up. “it works on every system but the one it needs too”
    5. downloaded the current version of active sync from Microsoft version 4.1
    6. Apply new rule in desktop firewall to allow the software access
    7. reset Pocket PC to default and repeated steps 1 -6

I’m stuck on this one, any one else have any ideals I can try to fix this problem ?

I have tried every thing on the web site dealing with the firewall with no luck. Also I have completely reloaded the pocket PC from scratch and tried again. Still a nothing, I wander could this issue be caused by something other than a firewall?

Have you tried it with the firewall disabled?

Before you reinstalled the software did you completely uninstall it first, including reg entries?

Is it possible the WIZA is trying to sync with the other machines you have tried it on, hence thats why it can't connect to your machine.

You might need to setup your LAN from scratch.
Delete or disable your LAN connection via Network Connections and restart your machine.

I have disabled the LAN while I reinstalled the device. And removed any registry key that was created to make sure it was not attempting to make contact with another computer system in the domain environment. I also used this tool to make sure no other registry key where linked to the device. http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Regmon.html

LOL I just found out what it was. There was an IRQ error, the Pocket PC and the LAN where sharing the same one. This was causing an error in I/O and IRQ request. After assigning new Channel for the pocket PC it is working now.
