IE opens with a pop up while I'm on MyIE2.

I ran Nod32, trend micro online & 5 different anti-spyware programs. It happens even if my browser is off.

Inetget & Autoit keep reinstalling themselves.

Any Advice?

Can you post a screen shot of the popup or give more detail. What "5 different anti-spyware programs" did you try ?

The pop up is on my desktop under my browser. Sometimes it's in IE. Sometimes it's in it's own box, about 1/5 of the screen at the upper right.

I used Spybot, Windows Defender, Spyware Doctor, Spyware Blaster & eTrust AntiSpyware.

It seems to be part of "Adware.Director"
Adware.Director is an adware that continuously displays popup advertisements from maxifiles.com.
