I was trying to explain to a friend how to install Japanese IME in his 98 machine, but M$ doesn't have it in the downloads.
I remember that when I istalled I did it thru the WMP 7 installer, but he already has WMP 7 installed, so he doesn't have the option anymore. How can be install the Japanese IME in this cases?
