    Arrow dell laptop button

Anyone know if it's possible to remap the MediaDirect button to another app on an Inspiron E1505?

Last night, I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas, I'll never know.

I don't think so, but check support.dell.com. They've got a few relevant pages.

Just replace the DMX.exe file after you install MediaDirect with the exe for whatever prog you want to use.

For example, I copied my wmplayer.exe file into the same directory as the DMX.exe file, backed up the DMX.exe, then renamed wmplayer.exe to DMX.exe.

    Works perfectly.
