    Folder Share

rik and I have been playing around with a new progam today that is called "Folder Share". It is testing out to have some really good uses for all. In a way it is a P2P but with limited access set by the creator of the libray. File size is limited to 2G but you can set up some 100,000 libaries and invite only the peps you want into that libary.

Sounds good I will look into tonight.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Not for sure what news you are looking for. I did some testing and was able to access my computer at home from work. I was able to bring up the folder tree and get into any folder on my computer at home. My understanding is that once the connection is made you are working a computer to computer link and the connection to the site is more or less in standby mode until such time as you need to access it.

Well that sounds ok tinker, but do you need special access through proxy or firewall etc to use at work?

I did not need anything to do it. Just go to the website and log on. At that point everything I saw at home I saw at work.
