(IE7, XP.)

Clicking the RSS button on the toolbar used to (bring up the rss page and) give a line close to the top saying Add to list of feeds? or similar. That question does not appear any more.

Why not, and how do I restore it?

Can't add to the list of feeds in IE, now.

Clicking the + only give the Add to Favorites option. Have to use Newzcrawler only.

(I have Newzcrawler and it's got its own button on the toolbar but that's another story.)
