If there CD has the actual ISO file on it, then you can use (www.daemon-tools.cc) to 'mount' the image, and then it will act exactly like a normal CD in your computer. run the programs as normal.
If the CD was made from an Image, then you can just insert the CD into the computer and use as normal.

I put ISO files on a CD. I put the CD in & it didn't do any thing. Do I have to make the CD 'bootable'?
did you burn the image file?
i.e with nero,burn image.
or did you just burn it as a normal file?

You have to use Nero and then burn it as an "image". Although you might also be able to "UnRAR" the file and install it.
