Vista sales failing to sparkle
Sales of boxed copies of Windows Vista continue to significantly trail those of Windows XP during its early days, according to a soon-to-be-released report.

I just bought two more XP machines in the last month. Our local builder is selling more XP than Vista - how many months into this are we now?

It was released to manufacturers (RTM) in November 06.

I think Vista was 12 months ahead of schedule... perhaps with the new Intel/AMD chips sales will start to increase?! I just bought new comp with Vista Ultimate OEM. Haven't really started doing anything with it yet, lol, so don't know if I'll be regretting not getting XP!!
