    Talking Holiday Plans

    Hi Everyone,

Wishing everyone happy and safe holidays, what are people's plans?! Anything exciting or exotic? Or NATO standard of visiting the inlaws and outlaws?

It's summer here in Australia, so we'll be hitting the beach, and lots of outdoor BBQ's with plenty of Cricket and Tennis on the TV!

Hope everyone has fun and be safe!

    Cheers Have some egg-nogg!

Dinner chez moi avec mom and boyfriend, and all the dogs. Phone call to sis's family. Find and watch some old movie or other.

    Pure bliss.

    Have a Merry/Happy, everyone!

Same thing I do every year and every day of my life - sit in front of the computer. I have no interest IRL. Too many let downs and greedy, dishonest people.

    LOL - What?

OK, folks. How'd dinner go? We did tricolor pasta, with either tomato sauce or aglio e olio. And salad, brie, baguette, mozzarella, olives, locatelli, smoked salmon...

And "The March of the Wooden Soldiers". And "OFF!" to the dogs every five minutes.

And a wonderful time was had by all.

Good to that everyone had a wonderful christmas!

Pia, so you did get a bit of Italian into you, oh, and some pasta too

We had big family get together, with a karaoke sing-off competition...lol (of all things).. anyway, Christmas Day lunch was the best part - with 2 pound Rib-Eye steaks!! Oh my, i still haven't eaten another 3 days later!!

Still a few more days of festivities - any plans for New Years?! I'll be watching the round the world news - I'll keep an eye out in London for Rev, NYork for Pia, and Tokyo for Big Booger!

    Cheers to all

I spent Christmas goping to 3 different dinners (2 the 24th and 1 the 25) so I spent new years more relaxed, by myself playing Gears of War (I was actually sick, so I did not feel like driving anywhere)
I always have some problems over the holidays (get very sick, brake a bone, get myself stranded in the middle of nowhere) so all in all, a little sick but playing games might not be that bad, after having such a busy xmas.
This year looks to be promising

Hi Dehc, I'm sure the 3 dinners would have made up for all the stress! Hmm... 9am is time for pre-lunch

Sorry to hear about the broken bone - are u in a cast?

i like working during the holidays, since there is no traffic, and trains are empty
