    Google Chrome Browser

I can't believe I'll be the first one to post about this. Has anyone tried Google Chrome yet?

It's still in Beta but I'm using it now. It's pretty fast but doesn't seem to have as much options as Firefox at least on the surface. An annoying thing for me is that if you choose to open a link in a new browser window, it won't be maximized unlike Firefox.

I am trying it now, I agree that it is fast at loading pages. I visited my local newspaper site which is the slowest site that I regularly visit. It was just as slow with Chrome. You just can't do anything with a slow server.

I have to use it for a while to make up my mind. There are limited user settings for Chrome. There is no was to remove advertising clutter in Chrome other than pop-up prevention.

It is definitely worth your time to check it out.

Isnt using webkits. So wont there be some problems rendering certain webpages? same issue with safari. I like my fox but was a die-hard opera fan till I finally caved in from all the posts here about how great FF was and is.

What is the USP of the g-browser. I already got at least 2 browsers I like, FF and K-M.
I'm using Windows 7 - you got a problem with that?
