Sound Tweaks when I move mouse on Browser???
Can someone help with this peculiar disaster?
Sound works fine, but when I am surfing sites with IE6, whenever I move the mouse to scroll or whatever.. the song playing on my mp3 player starts tweaking out...
I believe this could be related to a shared IRQ with my mouse, but I really have no idea.
Thanks for your help.

Hello jasonnorth and welcome to the forum. Post often as we enjoy a challenge......
An IRQ conflict is quite possible, however IRQ 12 is usually assigned to the PS2 mouse port only. Are you using a USB mouse?
Can you give use more information on you system please, this could help us to figure out your problem..........

Here is my IRQ info..
Thanks for your help.
It is very likely that it is NOT an IRQ issue.
I've updated my bios, my sound card drivers, etc...
No luck.

Your soundcard is sharing an IRQ (11) with the graphics card.
When you use the mouse to scroll the "moving" graphics are probably causing interference on the soundcard because of the shared resources.
Move you soundcard to another PCI slot, and it should then be assigned a new IRQ.
