Problem with Outlook Express
Hello Everyone,
I'm having a problem with Outlook Express 6.
When I Switch Identities the second identity inbox comes up and displays the email headings but I can't open any of the emails. This is a new problem, I was always able to switch before.
If I go into File, Identities, Manage Identities and change the Use this identity when starting a program to the identity I want to use, close Outlook express then restart it, Outlook Express starts with the correct Identity and works normally.
If I want to go back to the first identity I have to repeat the process.
Has anyone seen this problem? Does anyone know of a thread in this forum or a link I can follow to try and correct the problem?
