I would go to the HP site and look for new drivers and updates/software.

I would check my drivers to see if they are working.

If that did not work, I would try to repair XP with the installation CD.

    -Hope this helps.

    HP Problem

I have an all-in-one OfficeJet Pro 7680. I checked drivers, HP site says I have the latest! I connect to my printer with a USB port. I have several ports, have tried them all. When I try to uninstall and reinstall software, I always get a good connectionBut when I try to open the solutions centers to access the scanner I get the error message HP devices not detected. How can it detect the printer and not the scanner? They're connected, aren't they?

would this solution be applicable for my OfficeJet Pro 7680? It's a different product?

    Hi Rev,
No solution to my problem! How can I completely remove the HP software and do a fresh install. Using the CD doesn't completely remove it. Any ideas?

On Topic, To the original Thread Poster... are you able to Post a Pic as this thread is worthless without them? Oh, and some specifications of your computer and HP Printer might be good.
