    90 days Smoke-free

Didn't want to mention it just in case I couldn't will myself, but I made it to 90 days tobacco free. This had to be one of the hardest things I've done. I am so happy to have that monkey off my back, and I thank my girl and friends for dealing with all my crap for the last 3 months.

Oh well done phishhead, big congrats from me. I've been there and know how hard it is to quit, it's the little things like a cup of coffee and a biscuit without a smoke that hit you hard sometimes but don't ever let it win.
I'll have been smoke free for 4 years on March 4th and I've never looked back, I never thought I'd see the day where I don't think of cigarettes but here I am and it's great

What's next Phish? Now that you've got this extra lung capacity, it's like you've overclocked your body Well with summer fast approaching, might be time to hit the Surf at Mission Beach, do the 'Hoff' jog along the dunes

    Keep up the good work!

gonna be doing a bike race in April for Epilepsy. then a mud run in June. The mud run is basically a 6 mile run with obstacles at each mile marker. then a huge mud pit at the end that you have to GI Joe thru to the finish line. I can't believe how much of a difference it is without smoking. Before after a 20-25 mile ride I was looking on the ground for what was left of my lungs.

Hubby almost got a divorce while trying to quit! And I did shout at him several times to "go get an F****ing pack of cigarettes you evil bastard"......I was equally as terrible I suppose....but then someone did mention something about better support from a jock strap???

Congrats....it's hard, but now he hates the smell of smoke on anyone!
