    Vista Startup

I have a laptop with Windows Vista Home and I am going to use it to run a CHristmas Light SHow on my house. Right now my username is setup as the admin and requires a password (I also have 2 other users on the unit which really are not needed and can be deleted) - My question is - since this computer will automatically start the show each night how can I set Vista up so that if the computer restarts it bypasses the username screen and automatically loads to the desktop?

delete the two accounts that you're not using.
    then,just delete your password,
    that should do it.

good luck with the light show.

    ill be back soon,
    just watching some paint dry.

I also use on XP the automatic logon, this might work on Vista as well
from Run command type (without the quotes)
    "control userpasswords2"
and uncheck the require all users to use username and password.
Note that this cannot be done with computers in a domain enviroment, but there is a registry hack for that
