Running a software with a different account (always)
I am setting up a computer at work. It is Windows 7 64bit, and we have a domain. Regular users of course do not have admin rights, and I want to keep it that way.
My question is that I would like run a specific application (the power saver from asus) and it needs admin rights since it controls the voltage to the cpu to reduce power consumption when high performance is not needed.
I don't want to give an admin accout to the user to just run this application so I was wondering if it is possible to setup the application to run under a different account always.

Found this. It's for XP but you should be able to modify it if required for 7.

I am taking a look at the info now to see how I can modify it for what I need.
I was also thinking about making a batch file and run it using CPAU in encrypted mode.
