The new computer that I am buying is a Dell 580 that advertises INTEGRATED INTEL GRAPHICS MEDIA ACCELERATOR. I also see that 512 MB video is also listed in the advertisement. I currently have a 128 MB nVidia 8300GS video card from another computer. I know BOTH are pretty poor, but should I install the 8300GS card (which has a DVI Output) in the new computer, or should I just stay with the installed Intel integrated unit. I am NOT into gamming or such, I just want the best display for these old eyes. The computer will have either 2 or 3 meg of memory, depending an another question I posted here in hardware. Many thanks, Mike

Dell 580's have several configurations available. Do you have a link to the exact spec model you are purchasing.
The integrated will be fine for what you need but bear in mind it will utilise upto 512mb of your total RAM. Therefore i would suggest you go for a minimum of 3Gb RAM.
The integrated should have a DVI port.
