The patch for MOHAA version 1.10
MOHAA REGULAR VERSION PATCH 1.10

Make sure to start from the one above version 1.10 for MOHAA, then go to 1.11 for MOHAA, then install Spearhead, and run the version 2.11 patch for spearhead.

That should do it.

The mods for my server are forthcoming. I have to double check what all I have installed.
