To disable CTRL+ALT+DEL do the following:

click on start select Run. Type "control userpasswords2" (without quotations). That will bring up a user accounts window. Uncheck User must enter a username and password. That will bring up the Automatic Log On window. Type in your current UN & PW and hit ok. Whaaaala!!!! no more CTRL+ALT+DEL in order to log in, Win XP/NET logs you in automatically.

than find the listing to disable CTRL+ALT+DEL

Disable the shut down tracker, (thebox that comes up when you shut down ):

The ShutDown Event Tracker is a new feature. Some people like it, but it can
also be very annoying on a test server that is restarted several times. To
disable this, follow these steps:

a.. Go to Start and then Run
b.. Type mmc
c.. Click File and then Add/Remove Snap-in
d.. Click Add..., find the Snap-in Group Policy Object Editor and click
e.. Click Finish, click Close, click OK
f.. Navigate to Local Computer Policy/Computer
Configuration/Administrative Templates/System, right click Display Shutdown
Event Tracker and click Properties
g.. Click Disabled, click OK
