if this is for test purposes have you considered just reformatting the partition.

I don't know if this is possible. But have you tried booting to safemode? And then going to the control panel, add/remove programs, and see if there is an uninstaller for 2003?

If it's not available, you could try backing up your data from safemode, and then installing NT in a separate partition. Reformat the 2003 partition, and then recombine the NT partition with the 2003 formatted partition???

Unless you have say a backup of the previous installed OS.. where you could revert to the backed up image, that would be the one way I know of that might work in this situation... but you'd need to have something like Norton Ghost, or another software already installed and done before the trial expired..

I know it is supposed to be a legit topic so I won't say how to do it but you can convert the trial disc into a full enterprise disc by replacing one file but you must reinstall windows 2003 enterprise. The side effect is that it WILL activate with the trial key but not have a timebomb. No you cannot get the file easily. I got it a long time ago through a connection I had. The trial keys are able to update via windows update and it will not be able to detect if you have a timebomb or not.

Oh and I don't use that disc at all as I have no real need for it. I tried it to see if a theory that I had would work and I was right about it. I verified timebomb being disabled at install time by using tweaknt on it after installation (revealed no timebomb) and verified activation possibility by actually activating the software. Then used windows update without issue.

Can someone write the link wehre i can download "windows server 2003"

I have Windows Server 2003 SP1 installed on my Pentium II 266mhz with 192mb of ram

Slow start up & shut down when you have a laptop of these specs setup as a Domain Controller/File Server/DHCP but it's a laugh, lol
