Question BROWSER WARN: MRxSmb Error Why?

    Hello-

Owing to some problems I'm having when putting my 'puter into standby, I've become very sensitize to errors/warnings cataloged in the EventLog.

Recently I had an error and a warning, below. Can anyone interpret the messages below and help me diagnose problem(s)? Are these errors really an issue for are these more benign? I see no consequences from these errors.

My network is comprised of two computers, with computer TWO connected wirelessly via a Linksys WRT54G router.
    I use ZoneAlarm and NAV.

    Event Type: Warning
    Event Source: BROWSER
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 8021
    Date: 10/12/2003
    Time: 7:08:23 PM
    Computer: ONE
    Description:
The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from the browser master \\TWO on the network \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{FA4C6B36-F016-4D23-90FD-E564600D7860}. The data is the error code.

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: MRxSmb
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 8003
    Date: 10/12/2003
    Time: 7:32:13 PM
    Computer: ONE
    Description:
The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer TWO that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{FA4C6B36-F016-4D23-. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

    Thx.

I think this problem is related to your TCP/IP properties. Go back into the network card(s) and check to see if the IP, Subnet, and gateway information are correct.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

Maybe unrelated but i've always had problems running NAV and ZA together (conflicting).
