    Removing Windows components

I've just re-installed XP+SP1 and this time round want to remove, well just about anything I can...

    1) Any there any decent URLs to help me in this area? (Continuous browing of MS sites is getting to be a real pain in the @r53)

    2) I've come across a problem when trying to remove the following folders... FrontPage, Movie Maker, Gaming Zone, Netmeeting, Outlook Express & Xerox... says "Access denied" :-(

Oh yeah, before I remove Outlook, is it needed when install Office2003? (Probably a dumb question sorry ;-P)
