    Color Quality in XP Home

    Hi:

I've 2 choices re color lquality: 16 bit and 32 bit. The difference in the number of colors available from 16 bit to 32 bit is startling.

Comparatively does using 32 (vs. 16 bit) bit put any significant excess demand on my processor

I've created my own website...a collection of moving, sad and happy and humorous poems which I would like to share with others. They come from stories my dad used to tell me when I was a kid. If you could glance at my site and if you know of others who might enjoy it and perhaps tell them of it, I would be most appreciative. Thank you. It's your video card that takes care of that if you indeed have one, or onboard video.

This is a great article that provides a thorough explanation of video card memory.
