    Not Found...

I just clicked on a url and got this message back

    NOT FOUND

The requested URL /faq.php> was not found on this server.

How does this work? Is there most likely something amiss at the server in question so that the address is not found. The url includes the name of the server, right? I take it there's no provision for other servers to be contacted?

Is this different than a 404 messge?
I've created my own website...a collection of moving, sad and happy and humorous poems which I would like to share with others. They come from stories my dad used to tell me when I was a kid. If you could glance at my site and if you know of others who might enjoy it and perhaps tell them of it, I would be most appreciative. Thank you. The address is www.metrocast.net/~wumply/exper-1.html

    It's a variation of the 404 error.

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

Or you may have mispelled the url.

What was the full url you were trying to access ?
