Best piece of hardware you ever had.

Mine is the tiny Ritmo USB thumbdrive Drive:

Absolutely amazing how far we've come technologically.

Also won Microsoft Wireless Desktop as prize:

Mouse too heavy with batteries and lagged in games so I replaced it. But the keyboard has a very nice cozy warm fuzzy feeling Buttons nicely placed wtih soft touch...ooohh

    Just noticed FG's avatar.
    It say's "sponsored by ATI"

Getting back to the question. The best piece of hardware i have had would be the Creative GeForce2 GTS i bought a few years back, which at the time was the fastest vid card available. Now it is sadly collecting dust in the cupboard.

The thing that provided my biggest uptick in computing enjoyment was my first optical mouse. There is no way I would ever go back to a ball mouse.

Hmm... ya thats my second most computing enjoyment, then comes my DVD/CDRW Combo Drive and then comes the up in processor speed from 1.4GHz to 2.8Ghz with HT then 768mb 400Mhz DDR Ram... The best of all is always the video card. Heck I love my rig!

mine would have to be my speedster 3 external HDD with Seagate 200GB HDD. Nothing like having a portable library. movie theater, as well as a jukebox all in one.
