Network Diagram, WHICH PROGRAM??
I want to make a network diagram for my company. Which is the best program to accomplish this?
I tried Visio, but it has some learning curve to make a nice one. Plus it was Visio 2000, the icons look horrible
At home I have Visio 2002. It looks better, but I still think there must be something nicer. Suggestions???

I don't know man. Other than Visio, I don't know of any diagram making programs. You could always use something like PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro and make it all on your own, but I'm thinking that's not really what you're going for.

You can sort of do this in powerpoint. Using the tree branch structure. But Visio would probably be the best.

Look for a program called SmartDraw, we used this at Uni to do DFDs, Org charts, network layouts, circuit block diagrams etc.
Very handy, and trial program is full with only slight restricitions
