    MARTHA Stewart was convicted!

    Homemaking icon found guilty
From Erin Mcclam in New York
    March 06, 2004

MARTHA Stewart was convicted today of obstructing justice and lying to the US government about a superbly timed stock sale.

The verdict probably means prison for the woman who has epitomised meticulous homemaking and gracious living in America.

Stewart was found guilty of conspiracy, making false statements and obstruction of justice.

The charges sentences of carry up to 20 years in prison, but she is expected to get much less than that under federal sentencing guidelines.

    Oh no not MARTHA !

She made her fortune teaching women how to be domestic with all the art, crafts and cooking. Guess she should've never left the domestic realm for the business world of scammers, now the courts have a recipe for cooking Martha. Hope she likes the taste

Oh for sure she'll be pitching!

Martha will start out with the curve, then she'll really work the slider and for the final out she'll use the good ole split finger

When you listen to the jury explain how they convicted Martha they say it was cut & dried, she was guilty! Makes you wonder what the real reason was the Judge threw out the most serious charge.

I think the Judge threw out the serious charge because she knew Martha was in deep doo doo, she saved Martha from having to pitch to a girl named Butch in the 9th inning

    FG,
It wouldn't surprise me at all if ol' Martha made a "Donation" to the judges favorite "charity" to get that charge tossed.

i'm saying that i would rather be standing up and pitching...
cause if your bending over catching, it has been known that catchers have been hit by the pitchers balls.

    are you in the game?
