    Runtime Errors

This program gives me this message when I try to log on to the server. It says "Runtime Error" (and lists the program name.) Then it says: "Abnormal program termination."

What corrective action or actions can I take?

Sorry! OS is XP. The program is Buzz3D (www.buzz3d.com) and it's purpose is to make possible video chats. At the site's home page I clicked "Free Download" under the heading "Free Chat and Video Chat" on the left side of the page

Do you mean the runtime error occurs when using the program,or when accessing that web page?

You can try enabling compatibilty mode for that application. More details can be found from microsoft.com here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/g...compatmode.asp

This may or may not work, but it's worth a shot.

Glad to learn compatibility mode exists; it may well help me in the futurel But re my video/voice program (www.buzz3d.com) that experienced the runtime error worked initially. I probably did something that caused the runtime error.
