Symantec Buys Partition Magic No updates in a while

Have they bought a great software and decided to let it rot? I mean there hasn't been any word on updates or anything in a while.

Anyone have any news or info about this? I hate symantec. They buy software, bloat it out, then charge more for a product that becomes over time really bad....

I hope they haven't done the same to Partition Magic...

I believe it's been a "minute" since they've acquired Partition Magic (I use it and tried going to their site several months ago only to learn I was redirected to Symantec ) Anywho, I haven't learned of any updates for 8.x and pray Symantec doesn't "fix something that isn't broken!"

It's just been a long while since I have heard any news about it... I sure wish I knew what they've got in store for it.

confusicus say "what is fixed needs breaking, what is broken aint fixed"

PM is one the better apps out there, saves soo much time and effort. Hopefully M$ will integrate its feature in Longhorn
