I,m nt sure wat these hidden files do or wat kin of information they carries but I can just tell u something about removing those unwantd files.
If u wanna see or remove such unwanted files u can select them from a list whih can b obtained by following the procedure given below.
1.Open ""My Computer"".
2."Right Click" on ur OS Drive(usually "C:")
3.Select "Properties"
4.On the "General" tab Click "Disk Cleanup".
5.In a short while ur displayed with a list of the different types of files.
6.Select the files u wanna delete & click "OK"
You can also delete all the restore points except the "Most Recently"created restore points clicking the "More Options"tab & clicking "Clean up"in the "System Restore" box.
