Yes it's ok when it gets filled up & boggy. I wouldn't do it every week....

Just delete everything in there? It looks like mostly .exe files
Whois prefetch for?

Thanks FG - I think that site has a lot of pop-ups huh?
I heard a lot of clicking but my browser killed them all.

Ha Ha I think you have too many pop-ups in your prefetch...lol , I went to that site with IE-6 & no popup killer...didn't get any popups...Hmm
Anyway good info for those in need....

I'm not saying I got pop-ups - I did not see any but my PC was clicking like there were pop-ups trying to be seen.
