PC Video Card for PS2 and XBOX
Looking into getting a video card that will be able to play my PS2 and XBOX...not at the same time of course. Just wandering what would be a good choice. Also, if it had a cable outlet that would be a plus.
Thanks, tdawg_65 |

There are emulators eventually making their way to the WWW that allow you to play PS2 and Xbox games on your PC... but most of these are in the very early stages of development.

Hey thanks... I didnt there was a need to buy a tv if I could use the monitor. Also, someone I know also told me that I could use a video editing platform and just hook up the jacks to the inlets.
Thanks alot, tdawg_65 |

You need a video card that has a video-in optionand connectors. most do not have this function but some do.
if your card does not include the option you can have a look at this pci card that is used with your video card, http://www.softwareandstuff.com/CRD10186.html Hauppauge WinTV-GO TV Tuner/ Video Capture Card-FREE SHIPPING! $19.99 Condition: New Warranty: 90 days Your local computer store should hae this and many others for sale. you will be able to play your video games as well as watch tv. good luck |

I get want you are looking for now...
EggHead gave good adivce, for the video card you are looking for Video-In Video-Out or VIVO... ATi brand has several models of VIVO cards and others called All-in-Wonder... check those out... Nvidia cards have a similar thing too but not sure what it is called. If a new video card is out of your budget, then Egg's TV Tuner/Capture card would be your next best bet
