Guestbook being hijacked by adds

hey, a guestbook on a site run by afriend of mine is periodically plastered in add for pharmaceutical drugs.anyone know how to stop this.
the site is www.tirnagcasta.org (an irish free music site)

any help would be much apreciated.

You could just require a password/username to stop them. And then require a authentication to stop scripts and bots from spamming your guest book.

Something like that would do it.

cant u simply delete the message u dont like?? Cuz i already had a guestbook, and sum loozerz would like to put in swear words, so i deleted that message.

the site is updated quiet infrequently so dont think this is an option, thanks though

thanks, this sounds like something that might work.i dont know much about this type of stuff but will pass the info onto the dude who "maintains" the website
