all files stuck on read only

So,
Why does it always happen?
I mean....its mainly with WinRar and that sort of thing....
Why is it 'still in use"?
All the files IN the folder can be deleted, but not the folder itself....
suggestions/ideas?

It seems no one has replied yet...

Does any1 not know the solution to this issue?

It may be because the last folder you used to extract the files into is stored in your cache,or the programs cache.Hence,thats why it says "still in use".

Whenever you reboot,the cache is cleared so the folder can now be successfully deleted.

Yes I do have antivirus software intsalled.

So, how can I clear the cache without restarting?
