get in to outlook express by typing in the right password then go to the 'outlook express welcome page' (the page which shows how many new messages you have and which newsgroups u have subscribed to).
On the extreme right of the welcome page ull see a drop down meny in yellow called 'identities', click it and select 'manage identities' from the drop down list...and then customize as u wish to..
its very easy, i have a feeling the hardest part of this task might be finding the welcome page... lol...
