How do you open PSP files?

Also TFF files? They are some type of image or archived file, I think.

PSP are normally associated with Paint Shop Pro.

Here is a useful site to find out what program an extension is associated with:
http://filext.com/index.php

Just type the Search for Extension box and hit go.
