I have tried that tuner before, but I get the best results with Clear Type on the default setting.;)
Well,
I must admit, I used that tuner on my laptop and it actually improved the look of the fonts! More smooth and bold.
ON my desktop however, I must agree with conan, the default setting is the best. I guess each system is different, and each person's tastes are different, so I recommend giving it a go, and see what works best for you!

well i put at the highest level of boldness and they look perfect on my lcd screen :D
