I think you will have to use IE (FF would not work for me) and I had to reset options in Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Custom Level button > Active X Controls + Plugins to 'enable' and I also reset options to 'enable' under "Downloads", though not sure this last was necessary.

Just remember to put your security settings back to how they were for increased safety on other websites...
