I think they've got my company's MX record wrong or don't have one for us. Yahoo won't talk to us as we're not a direct customer. Does anyone know if I could directly query Yahoo's DNS servers to see what's going on?

Not sure of their IP addresses and whether they're accessible externally, but typically you can use NSLOOKUP in windows and example try "set server=61.88.88.88"
then run your queries... getting the data changed if wrong is unknown to me.
