In Our Country, Yahoo, Hotmail, G-mail All Are Banned By Isp.
I Managed To Sign Up On Yahoo Mail Account And Already Got Mail Address.
But Problem Is : Once I Go To My "mail.yahoo.com" And Then It Is Banned And Could Not Able To Go Through.
I Can Go To Calender, Note Pad Etc........but Mail.
Do Anyone Of U Know Any Alternate To Go In To Yahoo Mail And Use It?
I Really Really Want A Reliable "free E Mail Account".
Pls Help Me If U Guys Know Of Anything.

This is the other freemail that I use. It has been up also for about 3 years. It is run by novell.

Any of those should suit you nicely. Hushmail is one of the best in terms of privacy.
You should really question a country that you live in that bans all these things... I mean what kind of government does such a thing? These sites are not illegal, they do nothing but offer free mail over the internet.. Why would any country prevent its citizens from such opportunities....???

Do you not have an email account with your Internet Service Provider company? Are these banned from actual ISP at home or simply your workplace (could be a proxy/firewall issue - my company blocks all web-mail)...

also try "free webmail" or "free pop3 mail" in google. I'm sure they cannot firewall every single email provider.
Its really unjust waht they are doing. The domestic email providers wont have outside competition and if they form partnerships, they could agree not to make significant improvements. Thats not very nice.

I think they dont offer pop3/smtp/imap with a free account. In the features page, pop3 isnt mentioned, but a notifier is mentioned.
