Old version of oleaut32.dll problem

I hate these things.
I have a little machine that I'm setting up for the kids to destroy with their cartoon fun software. It says it will run on Windows 95 but the first thing I got was an error that says that my oleaut32.dll file is out of date. I have found lots of search results that show how programs and applications can update this but how can I go and find a new one for general purposes. MicSoft has a list about a thousand pages long of replacements for missle commands and space shuttles but not regular guys like me. :confused:

The normal location of this file is C:\windows\system32\oleaut32.dll
