IE 7 Beta 3 blocks Gmail hyperlink pop-up

I've tried adding allow list google.com and mail.google.com and others, but IE7 B3 still blocks the hyperlink dialog-box in gmail.

When I click 'temporarily allow pop-up' then it it says

and doesnt open the hyperlink dialogue box.

Changing the pop-up security level to minimum doesnt help.
